Laura has substantial experience successfully negotiating favorable terms in a wide
variety of commercial agreements. Laura’s strong business background coupled
with her significant general litigation experience allows her to proactively identify
both business and legal risks in complex agreements and to advise clients on
mitigation options.

Laura clerked for The Honorable Thomas C. Wheeler on the U.S. Court of Federal
Claims. Laura also has previously worked for law firms Kirkland & Ellis and
Sheppard Mullin.

Laura earned a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, an M.B.A. from the
University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.A. from Duke University.
Laura is licensed to practice in Georgia and the District of Columbia.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys cooking, reading and traveling with her husband and
two young boys.
